Karlyn is a Sales Representative with Keller Williams Edge Realty. She lives in the
Orchard in Burlington with her husband Ryan and their their 2 children: Henrik and
Franklin.
Karlyn first realized her love for homes and design when she was a child. She would watch shows
like "Bob Vila-Home Again" and subscribed to Architectural Digest at 14 years old. She
would design, paint and decorate her room MANY times (Much to her mother's dismay- sorry
Mom). After purchasing her first investment property in 2013, her passion for Real Estate was
reignited and she made a bold career change from Social Work into Real Estate Sales. Much like
the field of Social Work, Karlyn works in the best interest of her clients- Always.
